How does vendor onboarding work?

After the discovery call and signed proposal, we issue a COI naming your company as additionally insured, share our W-9, and provide ACH/payment instructions. Most portfolios are fully onboarded β€” including custom SOPs per property β€” in 7 business days or less.

Do you carry insurance? Can we get a Certificate of Insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability and bonded coverage. We issue COIs naming your management company (and individual property owners when required) as additionally insured. Standard turnaround for COI is 24 hours.

What are your invoicing & payment terms?

Default terms are Net-30 with monthly consolidated invoicing across your portfolio. We accept ACH, wire and major credit cards. Per-property cost-coding available for owners-on-the-statement reporting.

How do you handle damage or missing inventory?

Every turnover includes a photo report. Damage and missing inventory are flagged in writing with photos and time stamps, sent to your designated point of contact before the next guest arrival. You decide on the next step β€” we just give you eyes on the property.

What's your SLA for tight turnovers and same-day check-ins?

Same-day turnovers are our default operation, not the exception. For Enterprise partnerships we sign an SLA with defined performance metrics: turnover completion windows, response time on issues, and escalation procedures.

Do you integrate with our PMS (Hostfully, Guesty, OwnerRez, etc.)?

For Operator and Enterprise tier partnerships we accept job assignments via your PMS and deliver photo reports back through the same channel or to your designated email/Slack. Custom integrations available for 25+ unit portfolios.

Who is our point of contact?

From the Operator tier up, you get a dedicated account manager β€” one named person who knows your portfolio, your SOPs, and your team. For Starter clients, you go through our central operations line, which is also staffed by people who know your account.

What if performance drops? How do we escalate?

Every account has a defined escalation path: account manager β†’ operations director β†’ ownership. We re-clean at our cost on any documented quality miss. Continued issues trigger a written corrective action plan within 48 hours.
