Default terms are Net-30 with monthly consolidated invoicing across your portfolio. We accept ACH, wire and major credit cards. Per-property cost-coding available for owners-on-the-statement reporting.
Every turnover includes a photo report. Damage and missing inventory are flagged in writing with photos and time stamps, sent to your designated point of contact before the next guest arrival. You decide on the next step β we just give you eyes on the property.
Same-day turnovers are our default operation, not the exception. For Enterprise partnerships we sign an SLA with defined performance metrics: turnover completion windows, response time on issues, and escalation procedures.
For Operator and Enterprise tier partnerships we accept job assignments via your PMS and deliver photo reports back through the same channel or to your designated email/Slack. Custom integrations available for 25+ unit portfolios.
